- Tear the holes on both of the thin layers to make the ear loops.
- Pull the loops over your ears, facing the pattern side outward.
- Sit or lay back to relax and wait 30 seconds for the mask to warm up. Enjoy the 20 minutes of eye rest.

FABULOUS TOGETHER
Very Convenient
These are so convenient to use. They’re self-heating, so you don’t have to bother with microwaving it in order to heat it. The temperature warms to just the right temperature, and you don’t have to worry about it getting too hot like you would if you microwaved it. I use them for about 20-30 minutes when my eyes get really dry, and afterward my eyes feel better and refreshed.

Healing my tired eyeballs
With my job, I have to look at monitor all day and my eyes are always tired at night. I normally warm up dried rice in pouch and put on my eyes. I am glad I found this heating mask. It quickly heated up with nice lavender scent. My eyes feel so much better and relaxed after. I have very sensitive skin and eye and this heating mask did not irritate me at all. I would recommend this for anyone who need relax their eyes from looking at screens too much.

Would make a nice addition to a spa basket gift
This was my first time using an eye mask and it was surprisingly relaxing. It’s nicely made with a soft cotton lining over your eyes. When you open the mask it immediately starts warming up. It never gets hot so you don’t have to worry about it being uncomfortable. It’s just a pleasant warm bath kind of temperature. The lavender is not too overpowering, it’s a nice mild scent. There are easy directions to follow for making the outer layer into ear loops to help keep it in place. They are stretchy and comfortable. Overall, this was a well thought out design and would be a perfect gift for someone traveling or to include in a spa basket.

It slowly heats up as soon as you open the package and air goes in.
The ear loop part is soft and comfortable you are able to use it before going to the bed.
It is on the pricey side if you only buy one. It’s better to buy bulk.

Relaxing
These ended up feeling really nice on my tired eyes after staring at my computer all day. It’s a subtle warmth, nothing too hot, and it lasts a fair amount of time. I like the smell of them, but it’s also not my favorite scent in the world. I was bummed that there was only one pair of eye masks per package.
